About Guardian Care Homes
Founded in 1995, Guardian Care is dedicated to the provision of good quality nursing and specialist residential care for vulnerable people. Our philosophy is to build strong relationships with residents, their families and friends as well as health and social care workers, commissioners and local communities. The Guardian Care Group now comprises 30 homes across the UK and, as a vibrant, forward-thinking company, we have already secured a place as one of the top 20 care providers in the country.

It is our policy to modernise, refurbish and introduce new additions to each home we acquire, bringing to all the high standards of facilities we demand. Where modernisations have not yet taken place, plans are already in progress to introduce new adaptations and enhancements. Whether our homes are modern and purpose designed, or historic country houses which have been at the heart of local communities for decades, the safety, comfort and well being of our residents is at the heart of our development programme. Inside our homes we pay great attention to the choice of our interior designs so that we create a warm and welcoming environment; a home from home.
Through our administrative and financial headquarters in Wolverhampton and our centralised operational offices in Durham, we ensure that the Guardian standards are consistently achieved and maintained across the entire group. Our own dedicated training centre provides every member of the Guardian team with essential and nationally accredited skill levels as well as offering bespoke training opportunities to help individuals achieve their personal career aspirations.
